TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR – ASSOCIATE COHORT (HYBRID, NEW YORK, NY)

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have primary responsibility for day-to-day coordination support to the Talent Acquisition department and assist with tasks related to recruitment and talent management.

How You’ll Help Our Team Succeed

• Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with candidates, hiringcontacts, and staff
• Support on-campus and virtual events, marketing campaigns, cultivation efforts
• Maintain and enhance various recruiting reports
• Manage the administration of the applicant tracking system and oversee applicanttracking/applicant flow processes
• Calendar management including scheduling and facilitating (high volume) interviewsin-person and virtually
• Prepare all candidate correspondence including interview confirmation details,interview follow-up and reimbursements, and offer letters as needed
• Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for candidates and make arrangementsfor pre-interview dinners and lunches

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• 2 years of directly related experience that demonstrates increasing capability and responsibility; professional services experience preferred.
• Strong communications skills and attention to detail
• Recruiting experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
• Flexible and adaptable
• Desire to work with a collaborative team and own their work
• Proactive contributor, eager to learn, organized and process driven

For New York Candidates Only: Cornerstone Research is offering a competitive market base salary for this position between $55,900.00 and $71,300. A job offer will depend on how closely a candidate’s skills, experience and education match the requirements for the role. In addition to base salary, we offer a total compensation package that includes annual performance bonus and generous benefits.
