About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager with expertise in B2B SaaS and a proven track record of success in global companies. As the Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing our sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and establishing Accelario as a leader in our industry.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Coach and mentor junior sales staff to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closing.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
Requirements
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS global company - MUST.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing sales processes and using sales tools.
