Vp Of Sales - Packaging

Our client who manufactures flexible packaging is looking for a VP of Sales to join their FAST GROWING team. They are looking for an individual who has a proven track record as a Sales leader and producer. This individual will be leading and developing the sales team.

This is a REMOTE role. This individual will need to be open to travel 5-8 days per month. It won't be extensive travel schedules.

This is a sales leadership role that has major long-term upside given they are in a rapid growth phase! They have gone through several acquisitions this year and will have 5 total by the end of the year.

This role is direct-hire and has lots of autonomy, the opportunity to make a ton of money (uncapped commission), longevity, and growth as this company continues to expand!

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• B2B experience- someone with a track record in sales as a producer so they can talk the talk with an experienced sales team
• Experience in the flexible packaging industry, ideally a minimum of 3-5 years
• Strong Excel and CRM skills
• Ability to Travel: 5-7 weekdays per month. It won’t be extensive travel schedules but
• Bachelor's Degree- Business, Marketing, etc.
• Outstanding communicator and outgoing personality
• Exposure to onsite customer visits in the food, chemical, and mineral industries – must have basic knowledge of at least one of these operations
• 15+ years of expereince in sales/ sales leadership
