We are based in Melbourne, Australia and work with clients from Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK and parts of Asia.
Flowstate is seeking a skilled Sales Closer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving NEW business revenue through lead generation and conversion strategies.
As an experienced Sales Closer with a successful track record in selling high-ticket packages to B2B clients, you will be instrumental in generating new clients from the conversations and booked calls provided by our Setters. Your expertise and dedication will be key to the growth and prosperity of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively convert these conversations into front-end sales, showcasing your ability to close deals.
- Initiate conversations with potential clients and foster meaningful connections to drive interest in our offerings.
This position requires candidates who can work within the AEST & PST time zones. You will be expected to be available from 9am to 5pm (Mon-Fri) and respond promptly to opportunities.
As a fully remote-working position, you will have the freedom and flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space.

Key Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to build rapport with potential clients and demonstrate integrity in all interactions.
- A computer and reliable internet connection are essential.
- Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.
- Prior experience with GoHighLevel is advantageous (but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in closing sales for high-ticket packages to B2B clients.
- Mandatory past sales experience with a proven track record of success.

All client profiles kept up to date with contact details and notes
- $10K in NEW business revenue collected monthly (minimum).
- This is 30% cash collected based on the targets.
- Based on a 25% closing ratio, this means you’ll approximately need to be taking 20 live calls per month (average of 5 per week Mon-Fri).
- You will have consults booked in via our sales development rep (setter).
- 25% minimum “live call” closing ratio
- You will be expected to enrol a minimum of 25% of “live calls” (Live calls are people on your calendar who pick up the phone. Calculated by total calls minus no shows).
- You will also be expected to make these KPIs with clients who are a FIT for what we have to offer (more on what makes a client a fit in the training).
- 25% close rate is calculated for recurring clients only.
- Daily execution of team & administrative tasks.
- In addition to driving NEW revenue, you will have a minimal amount of team & administrative tasks.
- Morning Huddles:
- Attend team meetings via zoom twice per week.
- Know your numbers at the beginning of every meeting (actual numbers, projections, and if you’re on pace)
- Have 3-5 clients wins you want to share with the team
- Be proactive with asking questions and getting help with what you’re experiencing on the calls and any reason why you aren’t hitting your numbers.
- End of day:
- Send in your “end of day report” (more on that in the training)
- Update your personal projections & numbers sheet
- Update the team tracking sheet
- Update deal pipeline in CRM
- Make sure all deals are in the right stage
- All of today’s deals have notes
- All deal due dates are updated.
- Follow-up tasks are created for all of today’s deals (that could potentially be a fit)
- Make sure any enrollments you make are properly handed off to client success (detailing deal notes, intro-ing to right people, etc…)
- Confirm tomorrow’s appointments
- Prepare for tomorrow’s meeting.
Time: You will have the freedom to make your own schedule. That said, you will be expected to open enough calendar space to hit over 20-40 set calls per month.
You will also be expected to complete your morning & end of day tasks (see above) every day, Monday-Friday.
You will also be expected to be available to communicate through slack 8am-5pm EST daily.
Altogether this is a full time, 30-40 hours / wk position.
This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
You may request time off anytime with 2 weeks notice.
Compensation
Compensation for this position is based on the following retainer/commission structure:
5% of cash collected for first 5 sets you close per month
7.5% of cash collected for sets 6-10 you close per month
10% of cash collected for sets 11+ you close per month
Trailing commissions paid for the length of the payment plan for each client
All commissions are paid in the first pay cycle of the following month.
Compensation will be reviewed at the end of the 30 day probationary period.
