Vibe Inc is an innovation for collaboration solutions. We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our rapidly-growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy, building and leading our sales team and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach. They are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple functions at once.
Responsibilities:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the sales team, and continuously track and analyze these metrics to drive improvement.
- Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team, including sales representatives, sales development representatives (SDRs), and account executives (AEs).
- Troubleshoot and optimize the outbound sales process, including cold calling and emailing strategies, with a focus on improving effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead-generation efforts and ensure a smooth handoff of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
- Oversee the use of our CRM, ensuring data integrity, efficient processes, and accurate forecasting.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and industry influencers, gaining insights into market trends and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the product and customer success teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service delivery.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive hybrid sales strategy including transactional sales, inside account sales, enterprise sales, and channel sales that align with the company's strategic objectives and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and manage a sales training program to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior sales role, preferably in our industry selling IT products to businesses and educational institutions.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in managing a sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
