Global Marketing Head - Nutriventia LLC
Join Nutriventia LLC, a subsidiary of Nutriventia Limited, a leading manufacturer of specialty dietary supplement ingredients in the natural product industry. With over 37 years of stability and growth, we are a recognized leader in this sector.
As the Global Marketing Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand purpose and strategy, contributing to the achievement of our annual and long-term sales, market share, and profit goals. Managing multiple brands and our entire brand portfolio, you will report directly to the Co-founder and Executive Director.
Responsibilities:
- Drive top and bottom-line growth for the Brand portfolio with marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and establish unique product positioning in the market.
- Assist business development in executing strategies and achieving revenue, profit, and market share targets.
- Analyze the business and gain in-depth understanding of key drivers.
- Deliver market analysis and actionable recommendations to drive sales growth and expand margins.
- Prepare annual operating plans and marketing budget.
- Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals, ensuring effective coordination with other teams for seamless delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Set current and long-term goals for internal teams.
- Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for management.
- Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders to shape market initiatives and drive sales.
- Support and collaborate with sales and business development leadership to implement and execute marketing programs.
- Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization of key traffic KPIs through paid, organic, and own media channels.
- Develop and execute marketing events.
- Maintain key customer and opinion leader contacts to maximize product performance and support objectives.
- Conduct regular fieldwork with representatives, monitor marketing plans, identify opportunities, and gather market intelligence.
- Oversee market surveys/research and sales trend reviews, utilizing market intelligence tools to identify purchase patterns, sales performance, and market dynamics.
- Coordinate with product development, medical research, and business development for new brand launches.
- Monitor industry trends for new product ideas and nutraceutical uses, communicating ideas to business development, medical, and product development teams.
- Create content strategies across online, offline, and social channels based on business objectives, category focus, and audience segmentation.
Requirements:
Education:
- Ideal candidate holds a science background (BSc./B. Pharma) with a Masters or PhD in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent working experience will also be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum 10-15 years of marketing experience, preferably in brand marketing at a senior or higher level in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
- Experience in the natural product industry, ideally in the nutraceutical and nutrition business.
- Proven track record of leading multidimensional marketing teams in high-growth start-ups, with significant expertise in digital marketing.
- Strong ability to identify growth hacks and think creatively and strategically.
Other Requirements:
- Position may be remote, but travel to the Corporate Office in Mumbai and global locations for customer support, industry events, and relevant meetings/conferences will be required.
