Director Of Marketing Jobs

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies, marketing communications, budgeting, and public relations activities, both external and internal while overseeing the development and implementation of brand support materials and services for marketing, communications, and public relations.

Director Of Marketing Responsibilities

• Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies
• Oversee all agency partners including creative, media, public relations and social providing strategic direction to develop national and local supporting materials to create an overall cohesive brand position.
• Directs the Field Marketing team including internal/external graphics, public relations and paid media support, and opening strategy
• Provide support in the annual marketing planning process, calendar development, messaging, and sales strategy while managing and keeping current all budgets for overall promotions and corporate local store marketing.
• Works with the finance team to analyze sales trends, sales mix, and other data-related information to improve and enhance campaign effects.
• Directs the Marketing Manager’s project management

Director Of Marketing Requirements And Competencies

• High Level of Organization Management
• Five to eight years of marketing experience is preferred.
• Project Management and Ideation
• Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Team Player, ability to work with cross-functional groups
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, advertising & communications, or relevant field plus equivalent level of job experience and a minimum of five years of applicable marketing experience at a management level.
