We have directly impacted how hospitals and healthcare providers staff their businesses and are incredibly passionate about helping people find careers and supplying healthcare providers with the proper staff to provide appropriate care.
We are looking for a Head of FP&A who has 3+ years of experience managing a team and can run the day-to-day operations of our FP&A activities. You will build monthly forecasts, operating models, and run both short-term and long-term financial plans. You will also run the budgeting and planning processes and perform detailed department-specific budget and forecast reports.
What You Will Be Doing

• Serve as Head of financial planning and analysis and run day-to-day operations of FP&A
• Build monthly forecasts, operating models, and run both short-term and long-term financial plans
• Lead a small team and scale as needed
• Run the budgeting and planning processes and perform detailed department-specific budget and forecast reports

What You Need for this Position
At least 7+ years of experience with:

• GAAP financial reporting standards
• Financial planning and analysis
• 3+ years in a leadership role

Nice To Haves

• Enterprise management platforms like: Mosaic, Anaplan, Vareto, CUBE, Adaptive
• Healthcare experience
• Experience with a fast-growing tech start-up
