Responsibilities
Drive the development, preparation, and implementation of innovative marketing strategies, encompassing both brand and performance marketing.
Take ownership of achieving business goals and work closely with our founder & CEO, as well as various agencies.
Foster a collaborative environment and contribute unconventional ideas, insights, and strategies to the business.
Partner with internal teams, including brand creative, analytics, performance marketing, and PR/comms, to deliver outstanding results.
Articulate an inspiring vision for the organization, driving growth and success not only within your domain but also across the entire enterprise.
Requirements
Proven leadership experience in brand and performance marketing within premium consumer product companies.
Demonstrated success in fostering cross-functional collaboration, inclusivity, and building world-class teams.
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to develop data-informed marketing strategies.
Experience in performance marketing, mobile advertising, and mobile attribution.
8+ years of marketing management experience, preferably within a brand-forward, consumer-loved tech brand.
Strong grasp of the Growth marketing toolkit.
Strategic thinker with a passion for creating and nurturing emotional, lifestyle, and tech-first brands.
Affinity for product partnership and collaboration.
Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and delivers with purpose and execution.
Track record of deploying eight-figure marketing budgets and measuring ROI.
Experience in the dating industry is a plus.
SQL expertise is a plus.
