Head Of Marketing Jobs

Able the role:

We're building the growth engine for an iconic new health brand - think Nike and Apple level brand power that meets the health and wellness space. We're looking for hands-on leader and do'er that has a background in ecommerce, health and wellness, or fast fashion.

In this role you'll be an extreme executor first while also direct a growing team of a small staff(1-2 folks) and a team of marketing agencies to build repeatable, high-converting funnels. You'll also be responsible for viral marketing campaigns via social channels. You will:

Be a growth architect and demand generator

Oversee the management of a growing team of agencies in brand, social media creative and management, and events (offline) marketing

Build out a world-class internal marketing team with resources for running high-performing campaigns

Utilize data and an artist-like level or intuition to identify emerging trends to identify new channel and campaign opportunities

Oversee the management of organic and influencer marketing campaigns, including strategic partnership with key influencers

Advise on the development of creative for campaign assets - including ad copy, images, video, content, and landing pages

Share campaign performance with execs, make recommendations for campaign improvements, and share key findings across the marketing organization

Brand & Events: oversee the execution of one keynote event in early 2024 and a series of smaller events

About you:

You have 3+ years experience leading Digital Marketing at a scaled consumer ecommerce startup

You’re a hands-on leader who thrives in an ambiguous start-up environment

You’re excited about building and mentoring a nimble team of marketers acting as player coach

You’re passionate about health and wellness

Nice-to-haves:

Previous experience in wellness and/or digital health ecommerce

Extensive influencer marketing experience with an eye for strong brand messaging

Location:

While the Bay Area is preferred, fully remote is also good with us
