We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Marketing with a emphasis on branding to develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to Trendsi. This role involves overseeing brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and customer experience to establish and enhance the organization's brand identity and reputation.

What will you be doing?

  • Brand positioning and messaging: Develop and refine the organization's brand positioning and messaging to differentiate it from competitors and resonate with target audiences. Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing touch points.
  • Brand strategy development: Lead the development and execution of the organization's brand strategy, including defining brand values, positioning, and messaging. Align the brand strategy with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product management, and operations, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives. Foster strong working relationships and effective communication across teams.
  • Market research and analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Utilize data and insights to make informed marketing decisions and drive customer-focused strategies.
  • Crisis management and brand reputation: Develop and implement strategies to manage and protect the organization's brand reputation during crises or challenging situations. Act as a brand spokesperson when necessary and guide the organization's response to maintain brand integrity.
  • Internal brand advocacy: Foster a strong brand-centric culture within the organization. Educate and engage employees about the brand values and ensure they understand their role in delivering a consistent brand experience. Empower employees to be brand ambassadors.
  • Customer experience: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a consistent and exceptional customer experience that aligns with the brand. Ensure that all customer touch points reflect the brand's values and promise, from product design and packaging to customer service interactions.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes identifying target markets, defining value propositions, and creating marketing campaigns across various channels.


Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • 3-5 years experience in B2B marketing leadership roles, preferably proven experience in fashion/e-commerce space.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, and public relations.
  • Familiarity with relevant marketing software and tools.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis techniques.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive marketing decisions.
