Fp&A Manager - Beauty Cpg - East Bay (Hybrid)

A fast growing, beauty/cosmetics CPG company based in the East Bay, San Francisco is looking for a FP&A Manager to join their business. Joining a lean & dynamic finance team, the FP&A Manager will report directly into the CFO and drive all financial planning activities with the executives and their teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Analytic contribution in M&A and strategic planning
• Develop company dashboard and key business metrics.
• Maintaining and continuously improving the existing forecasting and reporting processes in particular focusing on shortening the reporting cycle
• Improving the company-wide annual operating plan and budgeting process
• Developing new models for decision making as the company expands its product and service offerings.
• Maintaining and continuously improving a dynamic business model to provide executive management with visibility for decision making.

Experience/Skills required:

• Led planning and forecasting processes for a company as well as driving the modeling, financial analyses and Board presentations
• Working in the consumer products industry
• Understands accounting and can work well with the CFO and Accounting team.
• Exposure to a fast-growth culture that is dynamic and demanding.
• Team player that thrives in both leadership and individual contributor assignments
