We are seeking a strategic, high-energy, hands-on, results-oriented leader to manage our national account management team. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and nurturing relationships with educators and decision makers at the school, district, and state levels to maximize growth opportunities.

What You'll Bring

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to persuade, communicate vision and motivate people at every level, collaborative working style.
• Capability to work remotely with ability to travel up to 30% of the time
• 7+ years of experience driving product or program adoption to school districts within the education market, grades 6-12 highly preferred.
• Strong verbal communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Proven track record of prospecting, building an account strategy, and leveraging relationships to increase adoption.
• Experience building and leading a high performing team.

How You Will Lead

• As a member of the Intuit for Education leadership team you will collaborate with marketing, product development, and program management leaders on strategic decisions in support of achieving our goals and mission.
• Support grant and training programs
• Develop entrepreneurial finance courses
• Provide hands-on leadership for a team of Account Managers that own the entire product adoption process, from developing account plans, to prospecting, to supporting implementation for the largest 100 school districts in the United States.
• Develop the account management strategy for school and district adoption of our free Intuit for Education Personal Finance
