Next Exhibition, an Italian leading company in the production, organization and realization of temporary exhibitions based on the concept ofculturaledutainment,is looking for a Business Partnerwith relevant experience.
Role Overview:
This role will oversee USA - east coast
This position will oversee the launch of a new multimedia product about art and exhibition world in the USA market.
This Position will report directly to the Group Board Members.
Provide leadership and vision to the organizations in USA.
Review the company's internal business operations; prepare annual business operating plans and budgets.
Set clearly defined short- and long-term goals for the internal development of the organization and develop action plans to meet these goals.
Evaluate industry and business trends to identify and analyze opportunities for growth.
Actively engage in the creation of new exhibition and events while maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners.
Drive operations and leverage existing connections in the industry for business growth opportunities.
Develop and execute business development action plans to build new relationships and enter new markets.
Perform budget management responsibilities.
Interface regularly with the Company headquarters and closely cooperate to discuss sales pipeline development, forecasting, key account status, market condition updates, and general activity reports.
Represent the organization in important external business relationships.
Support and participate in local and global Partners.
Ideal Profile:
A minimum of 10 years’ experience gained in a variety of leadership roles including at the entertaiment or art industry, in both strategy and corporate development roles.
An existing network of local contacts in relevant industries would be a strong advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Superior strategic and analytical skills with ability to draw key insights and develop clear recommendations.
Simultaneously manage multiple initiatives on strategy and planning, ability to appropriately and effectively balance competing priorities.
Inclusive leadership with background of building collaborative relationships.
Ability to realise an event or exhibition independently.
Ability to effectively leverage storytelling to articulate both the vision and the path to realize the vision.
Ability to negotiate with key business partners for best outcome for clients and business.
The entrepreneur experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills in both Italian and English.
