Job Description

Our client, a Fortune 500 is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Sales Director to join their team. As a key member and leader of their sales team, the selected candidate will be responsible for to handle the Inside Sales Team generating leads and managing the sales process for their IT software solutions. This individual will develop, maintain, and expand relationships with potential customers and create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.


  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members, account managers, and customer success managers to ensure timely delivery of software solutions and excellent customer service.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential target customers in the IT software solutions market.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's IT software solutions and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy to target potential customers and drive sales growth.
  • Develop sales proposals and presentations to pitch the company's software solutions - Microsoft Dynamics products to potential customers and close deals.


Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven track record in generating and closing sales deals in the IT software solutions industry.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  6. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
  7. Willingness to travel and attend events as needed.
  8. Knowledge of the IT software solutions industry and the latest trends and developments.
