Job Description

Human Resources Business Partner


Financial Services firm is seeking an HR Business Partner to assist in human capital management matters, with a focus on employee training and development.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide generalist support for a variety of employee-related matters, including occasional assistance with sensitive employee relations issues.
  • Identify, plan, and implement employee (individual and group) training and development programs and resources.
  • Assist communications team on matters related to employee events and programs.
  • Partner with other members of the team to help identify, recruit, and onboard new hires and interns as needed.
  • Help execute the organization’s D&I efforts and talent strategy as it relates to future talent needs, retention, and employee development.
  • Periodically provide updates to the Board of Directors on training and development programs and D&I initiatives and progress.
  • Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.


Requirements Include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources/Human Capital Management experience, preferably within Financial Services
  • Prior experience executing D&I talent initiatives preferred.
  • Team player who is resourceful, flexible, and helpful.
  • Prior Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Greenhouse) experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Polished, professional, and diplomatic personality.
  • Sensitive to confidentiality issues.
  • Highly detail oriented and organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
