Job Description
ChampionX has an immediate need for a Global Mobility Representative located in Chemical Technology Headquarters in Sugar Land, TX. This is an opportunity to join a large growing company offering a competitive base salary and benefits.
The Global Mobility Representative is responsible for providing day-to-day support and administration of US and International Immigration, international rotators, I-9 document verification for foreign nationals hired under sponsorship. They also assume responsibilities that include but not limited to vendor management.

What You Will Do:
  • Create strong partnerships with various internal departments for support (Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, etc.)
  • Ensure prompt resolution of issues and proactively respond to stakeholders, assignees, and HR partners
  • Understand and document program processes
  • Partner with external vendors to maintain an exceptional level of service
  • Provide support with various projects related to mobility
  • Monitor exceptions and make recommendations to grant exceptions when appropriate for US immigration sponsorship cases
  • Support the Global Mobility Manager to assist HR Business Partners and business leaders globally to meet their global and US immigration needs
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position
  • Exceptional customer service skills are required
  • Ability to be a team player with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, data handling, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who is able to support the team lead by improving processes and taking initiative
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with a client focus
