8+ years’ experience in Global Mobility/Global Assignment Management, specifically immigration management experience with a focus on the globe

Ensures that global mobility programs are managed cost effectively and are aligned with competitive benchmarks

Experience working for a multinational company with a global associate population

You have experience managing immigration vendor relationship and holding a high bar of accountability for customer delight

Strong project management skill is required; PMP certification is a plus.

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice.

Advantageous to have 2+ years experience with both the compensation or benefits aspects of global mobility programs (domestic and international);

Work with other HR partners in global mobility related policy implementation/update and take on additional ad-hoc responsibilities/ projects as needed.

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:

Support global payroll and tax compliance on all equity grants and collaborate with Comp Leaders to provide guidance on all offers.

Liaison with other departments within the Company on overall coordination of the Global Mobility Program (Payroll, Tax, Travel, Finance, etc.)

Manage Domestic US Relocation including service vendors and customer service projects and programs.

Owning reporting to stakeholders of assignment cost, population demographics, and end-of-assignment management

Process monthly payroll for expatriates with leased housing management

Expatriate HR supporting from on-boarding to off-boarding (Payroll, Housing Lease, Benefit and other policies)

Point of contact for relocation, repatriation and related processes to ensure an efficient and smooth experience for expatriates

Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience preferred.

Must maintain all licenses and certifications as a condition of continued employment

Must have or be eligible for ACVREP certification as an “Orientation and Mobility Specialist”

Basic computer and keyboard skills

Fluent English and Spanish language skills are essential

Previous experience working in the Global Mobility, Moving, HR and Relocation services

Must have management or supervisory position

10 or More Years of global mobility, talent or other relevant HR experience required

Ability to translate the technical nature of mobility work (immigrations; taxation; compensation, etc.) for clear stakeholder understanding preferred Licenses and Certifications

Advantageous to have 5+ years' experience of Canada and Latin America immigration and mobility experience;

Ability to interface with all levels of the organization to provide high touch user experience;

Work closely with the Performance & Incentives Team, as policy owners, to provide data driven insights to enhance policies and programs;

Work in partnership with cross regional counterparts to achieve alignment and results;

Fluent in reading, writing, and oral English and Spanish is a plus;

Strong communicator and a resourceful problem-solver;
