Partner with the best
As Global Mobility Business Partner, you'll act as point of contact for business & HR for specific mobilization types. You will coordinate with Mobility & Lifecycle Team for all lifecycle actions (costings, contracts, onboarding, on-assignment management, lifecycle projects, off-boarding).
In this role, you'll also be responsible for:
- Reviewing and approving appropriate assignment documentation and policy exceptions (escalations as necessary), within the guidelines established, to meet the needs and demands of the business.
- Leading merger and acquisition Business Segment integration and divestiture planning activities.
- Interpreting GM policies, exception decisions, socialization, and escalations. Benchmark policy and compensation framework
- Recommending areas for cost containment including effective tax planning opportunities.
- Coordinating, supporting, or leading ad-hoc projects and international population lifecycle projects.
- Partnering with business, HR, and stakeholder function leaders to provide consultative support and act as SME for overall talent mobilization strategy, education, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborating with and mentor region delivery specialists on lifecycle support of the international population.
- Providing support on continuous process improvement, training, and technology needs and enhancements.
- Providing input to Corporate Global Mobility Leadership to ensure the creation and development of assignment and cross-border relocation policies and services are current and aligned to changing business needs.
- Owning reporting to stakeholders of assignment cost, population demographics, and end-of-assignment management
- Alignment with Tax and Immigration to ensure compliance by identifying and resolving or escalating issues and/or concerns in all matters related to cross-border movement.
- Being the Point of Escalation for IPR RIF cases.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Action-oriented professional with proven leadership skills and qualities
- Have 10+ years of International HR or Global Mobility experience
