Operations Analyst Jobs

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and generate reports to support operational decision-making.

Supply Planning:

• Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts, production capacity, inventory levels, and lead times.
• Identify and communicate potential supply constraints or risks to key stakeholders, providing recommendations for mitigation.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and demand planning teams to gather accurate demand data and ensure alignment between supply and demand.
• Monitor inventory levels to optimize stock availability, minimize excess or obsolete inventory, and reduce stockouts.

Inventory Management:

• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components, avoiding supply disruptions.
• Optimize inventory levels across multiple warehouses or distribution centers to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs.
• Monitor stock levels, aging inventory, and slow-moving items, implementing actions to optimize inventory turns and reduce obsolescence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Serve as a resource person to provide insights and support decision-making processes across different disciplines.
• Collaborate with various teams, such as finance, supply chain, and customer service, to gather and analyze data relevant to their operations.
• Actively participate in team meetings, share knowledge, and contribute to the achievement of team objectives.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with other data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.
