What you’ll do

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Professional Services, the Operations Analyst will be responsible for project resource scheduling for the global B2B Professional Services team. This role will work closely with Professional Services management, as well as the Services Sales team and other PROS departments, to ensure efficient and timely resource scheduling as well as the continuous improvement of RMO tools and processes.

• Creates reports and dashboards on historical and forecasted data using various systems.

• Analyzes data and partners with the services portfolio managers to fill skill and resource gaps.

• Develops resource recommendations for in progress and upcoming projects using skills, current bookings and requirements.

• Continuously reviews tools and processes to improve staffing resources.

• Sets up initial bookings for projects.

• Works with project teams and leadership teams to resolve resource conflicts.

• You possess strong operational and analytical skills.
• You are excellent at communication, both written and verbal.
• You have proven experience. 2-3 years as a successful Business Operations Analyst.
• You are familiar with Salesforce and Workday.
• You have strong time management skills, as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
• You are an expert at advanced MS Excel.
• You're bright and have a love for learning. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Additional experience in lieu of required education will be considered.
• You have experience in report writing and resource scheduling experience.
