Job Description

BGSF is representing an impressive global, alternative investment firm located in Dallas seeking to hire Operations Analyst.


* HYBRID work model: 1-2 days remote / remainder days in-office *


Role responsible to assist Front Office investment professionals ensuring timely settlement of all trade executions, reconciling and confirming the fund's positions, processing all mandatory and voluntary corporate action events, and reconciling daily profit and loss based on the day's trading activities.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of financial products and/or experience with securities industry a plus
  • Ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and/or finance principles, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with a high degree of accountability, and work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders across the firm
  • Bachelors in Business, Accounting, or Finance with GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Knowledge of Python and SQL a plus
  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Advanced Excel
  • Big 4 considered a plus
