Accountable for the effective transition of new clients from Business Development into Client Operations

Accountable for defining, implementing, monitoring, and improving a business development strategy that supports the strategic revenue plan

Responsible for end to end project management of consultative workshops and educational programs with senior brand stakeholders

Partner with cross functional teams (engineering, product, measurement) to scale industry knowledge and drive industry education

Excellent collaboration skills across regions and cross-functional teams

Strong presentation skills and comfort in working with Google Slides and Microsoft Office

Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT)

Work on complex media and measurement solutions, where analysis and optimizations require an in-depth evaluation and recommendations

Experience with process improvement and/or change management

Ensure planning cycle and reporting requirements are met by facilitating and coordinating financial analysis efforts across multiple internal customers

Recruit, mentor, and develop Finance talent within the organization

7+ years in a finance leadership role, preferably with international reach across multiple service types

Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, or MBA

10+ years of financial analysis and strategic planning experience in a global environment

Hands-on people management/development and team building skills.

Possess a high-level of: professionalism, assertiveness, creativeness, communication and strong organizational, resourcefulness and management skills.
