Client Marketing Coordinator

Purpose:

RxBenefits, a multiple-time finalist and winner of Birmingham’s Best Places to Work, is seeking a highly motivated individual who will join our Client Marketing team, as part of our growing Marketing Department. This person’s main objective is to support the execution of of our client marketing strategies. To be successful as a Client Marketing Coordinator, this individual must be highly self-motivated, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies in order to support the execution of successful client marketing efforts across Account Based Marketing (ABM) Voice of Customer (VOC), customer nurturing, customer marketing, and account management support.

Responsibilities Include:

• Identifying and developing Case Studies/Client Success Stories across our product offerings and key verticals to support our market-facing teams in securing new business, as well as upsells and retention
• Managing our client reference process by identifying the most appropriate reference and maintain an up-to-date list of available references
• Provide timely updates to Marketing Ops and key internal stakeholders about the status of projects and any issues that arise
• Assisting with the analyses of marketing data in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
• Driving operational and strategic client communications including creation, coordination, and execution of emails, letters, and newsletters to Consultants, Clients, and/or Members, often with a rapid turnaround time
• Performing other duties as assigned
• Assisting Client Marketing Manager with Account-Based Marketing and other projects as needed
• Facilitating frequent communication between Marketing and Account Management to ensure our Account Management professionals are well equipped to service our consultants and clients
• Creating and leading the production of Consultant, Client, and Member marketing resources (such as brochures, sell sheets, presentations, etc.) in our knowledge management system
• Working with Creative Services to create marketing materials targeted to our key audience(s)
• Triaging incoming project requests from internal customers / stakeholders to set the right priority and communicate the appropriate turnaround time, in cooperation with Marketing Operations

Required Skills / Experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 3 or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate or agency environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or Marketing strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Asana or other equivalent project management tools are a plus
• Strong track record establishing and meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with Confluence and Passport, or other equivalent knowledge base /collaboration platforms are a plus
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Able to successfully manage multiple projects and collaborate with colleagues both in Marketing and across the organization
• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills to handle competing priorities and awide variety of requests from internal clients with competing deadlines and limited resources
