Client Director - International Nursing

Salary: $145,000 - $175,000, OTE = $245,000

A client of Eastern Staffing Group is seeking a Client Director in the international nurse staffing field. As a member of their leadership team, you will oversee 3 Client Managers with the overall goal of fostering strong relationships with existing clients to generate additional business.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the delivery of business plans and informing future strategy along with key stakeholders
• Management of risk, effective control of allocated budget and resources, and building a culture of continuous improvement
• Leadership, coaching, and ongoing development of the client operations team
• Accountable for defining, implementing, monitoring, and improving a business development strategy that supports the strategic revenue plan
• Play a key role in growing the engagement levels and retention of future HCPs to elevate the employment experience of HCPs assigned to their facility network
• Accountable for defining, implementing, monitoring, and improving the client growth and retention strategy that drives increased client satisfaction and incremental revenue increases
• Technology and data-focused, utilizing current and future digital solutions to provide actionable insights that improve the HCP selection and HCP support process
• Leading the client experience strategy so that each team understands the role they play in delivering increased satisfaction, and elevated HCP experience
• Accountable for the effective transition of new clients from Business Development into Client Operations
• Proactive development of key stakeholder partnerships – Recruitment, Immigration, Marketing, Operations, Finance & HR – to ensure an aligned approach for mitigating business risk and maximizing both the candidate experience end commercial return

• Transitioning clients from contract into business as usual
• Creating an engaged workforce
• Enhancement of CRMs, reporting suites, and further digital solutions to enable analytical data-driven working practices
• Leadership and coaching of a team
• Relationship building with senior stakeholders across external clients and internally with multiple departments and geographies
• A track record of professional development for self and team
• Proficiency with sales/marketing management software CRM – Salesforce & HubSpot
• Setting and maintaining departmental budgets
• Prior experience working for a healthcare staffing company, experienced with the management and development of commercial relationships with clients
• Developing client and revenue strategies, with the ability to implement, monitor, and improve
• Driving increased revenue and margins
• Educated to Masters/MBA Level or equivalent experience within healthcare staffing or similar industries or revenue-generating roles
• Management of risk
