As a senior member of the CENTRL client relations team, you will play an impactful role in advocating for and growing our customer-base and representing our brand. You will be tasked with leading and growing the relationships with our enterprise level clients. You'll work closely with the CENTRL sales, operations, and marketing teams to execute your account strategies across our solutions platform.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-energy, motivated, and organized candidate. This role will offer exposure to all aspects of the company and offer the ability to participate in some of the hottest opportunities we work on across our various service offerings.
Responsibilities Include:
● Identify expansion opportunities from existing enterprise client base, focusing on new products, modules, and untapped organizational units
● Partner with CENTRL sales to drive the progression and development of those opportunities
● Creating and managing Account Plans for key clients
● Oversight of portfolio contract renewal, lead negotiations and new deal terms through execution
● Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer trust and loyalty
● Act as the senior client advocate to resolve critical client issues by engaging and leveraging the appropriate resources as needed.
● Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
● Focus on overall client satisfaction to earn client references and participation in case studies
● Facilitate QBR’s, recurring meetings and offsite meeting cadence based on client needs
What We're Looking For
● 7+ years of client relationship management with financial industry experience, specifically across bank network management, risk and due diligence and investment services
● The ability to develop new relationships with internal business units, drive progress on strategic goals, and uncover new opportunities across large organizations
● Make decisions and solve problems with little guidance, that balance the needs of the customer and CENTRL resulting in positive outcomes.
● Executive Level presence with an ability to interact and present effective written or verbal communications
● Experienced in developing customer trust, driving customer allegiance and growing customer footprint.
● Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities.
● Excellent inter-personal, self-motivational and negotiating skills.
● A home office and available to work remotely
