TEEMA is experiencing continuous organic growth and is actively seeking accomplished and high-performing Client Management Professionals to join our ranks. With a current team of over 350 members across North America, we serve more than 1,000 active clients spanning 12 Staffing Verticals, offering Contract, Temporary, Interim, and Full-time positions.
Role Overview:
As a Client Manager at TEEMA, you won't just be taking on a job; you'll be embarking on a business journey while benefiting from our supportive community. This role empowers you to lead yourself, make business decisions, and determine your earnings while being guided and inspired by our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Skill Development: Develop and refine your Client Management skills through learning from onboarding teams, partner collaboration, and interaction with fellow experienced Client Management Professionals.
- Collaborative Excellence: Collaborate with our subject matter experts to effectively serve clients and candidates and successfully fill open positions.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, operating your business within the framework of TEEMA's established community.
- Business Generation: Leverage our extensive customer base and requirements to generate business and drive your success.
- Community Engagement: Actively contribute to TEEMA's vibrant community of seasoned Client Management and Recruitment Professionals, sharing insights and benefiting from collective expertise.
- Autonomous Operation: Work autonomously while enjoying the backing of comprehensive support, onboarding, and training resources.
Qualifications:
- Self-Directed: Familiarity with self-directed work and the ability to thrive while working from home 100% of the time.
- Specialized Skills: Ideally possess expertise in Staff Augmentation/Contract placements and have operated on both sides of the recruitment desk (Sales & Delivery).
- Positive Outlook: Maintain a positive attitude, with a focus on building and nurturing relationships.
- Client Management Expertise: Showcase a proven track record as a Client Manager, ideally with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Staffing Agency environment.
- Professional Acumen: Exhibit professionalism, intelligence, and strong business acumen.
- Commission Experience: Experience working in a commissioned environment, with a preference for 100% commission structures.
- Result-Oriented: Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm for driving results and exceeding targets.
