Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the completion of the lost stolen report, such as block and transfer of compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the investigation
• Contact customers and merchants to obtain additional information regarding fraudulent charges
• Acquire and apply job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
• Investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from the fraud detection system
• Analyze several aspects of account history, including payment and transaction history
• Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing merchants and cardholders with standard/scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts
• Build credit card replacement orders and complete shipping materials

Minimum Qualifications

• Typically No Relevant Experience Required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a fraud-related field
