Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled 1099 Call Center Agent with at least 6 months of prior call center experience to join our team. As a remote, independent contractor, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and support to our valued clients.


US based candidates only

We are NOT currently hiring in: California, Delaware, Louisiana, Massachusetts, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming

***We are hiring for mid-August and September training classes***


This is an inbound non-sales position.


Responsibilities:

  • Follow call scripts and guidelines while maintaining a friendly and conversational tone during interactions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues or unusual situations to the appropriate departments or supervisors for further assistance.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets, such as call volume, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain a high level of empathy and patience, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products, services, promotions, and company policies to clients.
  • Manage and update customer records accurately in the company database.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex customer concerns or escalations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance your skills and customer service abilities.
  • Utilize active listening and effective communication skills to understand customers' needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Adapt quickly to new products, services, and industry updates to remain knowledgeable and up-to-date.


Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet set performance goals.
  • Must provide noise cancelling headset.
  • Must provide own computer equipment that meets company requirements. NO Chromebook's or Mac's
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in the applicable country or region.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software, to access customer information and navigate through various tools.
  • Minimum 6 months of recent experience as a call center agent or in a related customer service role.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Must have hired wired internet access via ethernet cord.
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace at home with reliable high-speed internet access.
