Job Description
We're looking for an amazing Executive Assistant to join our team! As our Executive Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our organization, supporting our CEO in a variety of ways. In this role, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely, and we offer a Direct Hire 1099 with Christmas Bonuses.
Your main duties will include managing the CEO's calendar and scheduling meetings, as well as checking and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner. You'll also have the opportunity to review contracts and sign contracts, which is light work.
In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll be an important part of our team culture. We value collaboration, innovation, and positivity, and we're looking for someone who shares those values.
