Job Description

The Nyle Maxwell SUPERCENTER in Austin, Texas, is seeking a career-oriented professional to join our team! As Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential administrative support, act as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers andoversee critical tasks. JOB DUTIES

  • Handle confidential material relevant to company operations
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager
  • Conduct various analytical special projects
  • Schedule all facility maintenance when necessary
  • Respond to BBB complaints and reviews as necessary
  • Coordinate schedules, calendar and department luncheons
  • Other duties may be assigned
  • Review and distribute customer satisfaction reports
  • Reconcile General Manager’s expense report to credit card statement and submit receipts
  • Serves as the General Manager’s contact to people inside and outside the company and is the first point of contact for Customer matters
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling reports, documents, and data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to handle unexpected situations, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with automotive dealership operations is a plus!
  • Experience in customer service or client interaction is highly desirable
