Job Description

My client, a growing, Boston-based company, is seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic operational support to the CEO and members of the executive team.


This is a hybrid position, 3 days onsite in Boston, 2 wfh.


Responsibilities include:

• Effective calendar management and travel coordination for the CEO

• Meeting coordination and preparation

• Report and presentation creation

• Assisting HR with onboarding/offboarding, benefit administration, and other HR functions as needed

• Manage and coordination company events and team building activities

• Vendor management and communication including IT support

• Manage office mail and shipping as needed

• Lead and deliver special projects and ad-hoc requests for the CEO and executive team

• Provide research on key initiatives as needed


Position Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience supporting C-level executives

• Excellent work ethic, integrity, and positive attitude, self-starter

• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and pivot as needed

• “Can do” attitude

• Ability to interact and communicate with team members at all levels

• Proven project management and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe
