Requirements
- Develop, conduct and coordinate benchmarking and performance measurements to improve unit and organizational performance.
- May supervise staff.
- Provides support to executive management as directed.
- Maintain confidentiality and advise President/CEO on sensitive issues, priorities, or items of interest.
- Perform secretarial functions such as screening visitors and calls, time keeping, budgeting, making travel arrangements, maintaining filing systems, ordering office supplies and related duties.
- Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required.
- Coordinate, schedule and maintain a calendar of events for the President/CEO.
- Plan, administer and coordinate special assignments and programs.
- Conduct research, analyze and interpret data to formulate reports and recommendations.
- Confer with departmental managers and senior management on behalf of the President/CEO regarding projects and initiatives. Provides regular briefings.
- Review, prepare and distribute agenda items for PSB meetings. Read, record and transcribe agenda items and motions
- Develop and conduct general and highly complex specialized studies related to administrative, organizational, operational and managerial policies and practices.
- Manage, investigate and resolve complex, controversial or sensitive issues and complaints which are elevated to the President/CEO.
- Serve on committees and conduct presentations. Work with community groups or other agencies to provide information on organizational initiatives and to establish and maintain effective relationships.
- Participate in the development, support and delivery of performance improvement processes and systems.
