Job Description
Holy Grail developed a direct air carbon capture technology that removes CO2 from the atmosphere and permanently stores it in pyramids. We are looking for proactive candidates ready to take ownership and are passionate about creating a sustainable solution to removing excess CO2 from the atmosphere.


To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth for our company. The ideal candidate leads sales of our carbon credits to businesses.


This role will be located full-time in Mountain View, CA.


Requirements:


  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed sales targets independently
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and engage in effective negotiations
  • Strong relationship-building skills to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with enterprise-level customers


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and prospect potential enterprise-level customers through targeted outreach
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer information, and relevant data using CRM systems
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets, working closely with the wider sales team and leveraging internal resources as needed
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing enterprise customers to foster repeat business and ensure customer loyalty as the company expands
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored sales strategies and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products or services to enterprise customers


Nice to have:


  • Experience in selling complex technical products or services to enterprise-level clients
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in utilizing sales automation tools to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency
