NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Director, Enterprise Engineering, who will be instrumental in crafting the technical approach for our Collaboration & Enterprise Platforms, prioritizing security, scalability, and reliability. The selected individual will work closely with various teams, share strategies with executives, and guarantee that our enterprise solutions maintain top-tier standards. What You'll Be Doing

• Apply engineering leadership and deep knowledge of infrastructure and software development at scale to lead these services' operation, adoption, and evolution.
• Multi-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive product development keeping Employee experience in mind.
• Communication: Communicate sophisticated technical information to both technical and non-technical collaborators in a clear and concise manner.
• Help implement automated tests, automated deployments, monitoring, and operational tools along with true observability with experience in device lifecycle, collaboration application & overall developer efficiency.
• Experience with AI/ML & CI/CD Operations to facilitate faster time to market for the products!
• Technical Leadership: Drive the vision and strategy for our enterprise client systems, infrastructure & collaboration applications, ensuring efficient performance, security, and user experience across Windows, Linux, and Mobile devices.

What We Need To See

• Operational experience at scale - crafting and operating highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems using best-of-breed technologies like containers, APIs, Data platforms, & AI.
• 10+ years of proven ability in systems & site reliability and technical operations leadership in the Client & Collaborations platform domain, including Enterprise Apps.
• 8+ years of people management and team leadership experience, including headcount planning and developing strong and motivated teams
• BS or MS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to collaborate and rally support

The base salary range is $288,000 - $437,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
