Sales Development Representative Jobs

A leading digital marketing and technology provider for the medical industry is seeking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The SDR will play an integral role in driving additional growth by sharing the company's message with our target markets and assisting with the acquisitions of new clients. We are seeking to hire sales reps with at least some prior experience in cold calling and ideally previous SDR experience. Successful SDRs can move up to Account Executive roles quickly.

SDRs start at a base of $60,000-$70,000 plus uncapped commissions - must have experience to be considered for this role.

Sales Development Rep Responsibilities

• Identify prospect’s needs and determine if they are an appropriate fit for our services
• Utilize our CRM to track and create new sales opportunities via outbound sales.
• Set up meetings between prospective customers and Account Executives

Sales Development Rep Requirements

• Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
• Professionalism, enthusiasm and diligence are all core competencies needed while communicating to prospects via phone and email.
• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets/quotas
