About the Position

As a Sales Rep (SR) you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and representing Transcend's robots to agencies that face life and death situations on a regular basis. The successful applicant will be very comfortable calling on law enforcement and first responder prospects on a daily basis with a self starting attitude. The SR position will have room for creatively forging their own prospect identification strategy while also being given prospect lists to optimize time. Once the prospect has been qualified they will be passed on to a Sales Manager for closing. As stated above, Transcend Robotics has incredible room for professional growth, all SRs will have the opportunity to become a Sales Manager and much more depending on performance and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Willingness to travel 15% of the time
• Meeting weekly Key Performance Indicators
• Qualifying prospects against a defined criteria list
• Scheduling meetings with prospect and sales manager after hand-off
• Cold calling & emailing
• Able to demonstrate systems to prospects at events

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• At least one year experience in sales
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• BA/BS 4 year college degree
• Non-remote work, must be in office Monday through Friday

Compensation

Compensation & Perks

- Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year + Commission and Bonuses

- 6 month review and base raise

- Flat and uncapped commission
