We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Sales/B2B Energy Sales leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the energy industry, specifically in the B2B sector. Duties:
- Identify potential clients and cultivate relationships to drive new business.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the B2B energy sector.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, such as drones, and identify opportunities to leverage them in our sales efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and managing ongoing customer relationships.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to inform product and service development.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of the energy industry, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the energy industry, with a track record of success in achieving revenue growth targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with emerging technologies, such as drones, is a plus.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
