ZoomCare is seeking a Director of Talent Management to join our team! The Director of Talent Management is responsible for designing and implementing talent management strategies to ensure ZoomCare is able to attract, retain, and engage talented employees. The Director oversees our Talent Acquisition Team and provides strategic leadership and direction, as well as day-to-day support. The Director partners cross-functionally to develop and execute talent strategies to ensure robust and diverse internal and external talent pipelines and career pathways.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Utilize a variety of strategies to ensure robust and diverse internal and external talent pipelines and career pathways.
- Act as a subject matter expert by consulting and training recruiters and hiring managers on talent strategy solutions and best practices.
- Develop, implement, and revise policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Drive awareness to ZoomCare through employer branding activities, participation in recruiting events, partnerships with colleges, job board utilization, etc.

- Provide strategic leadership, direction, and day-to-day support for the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Create and manage the talent acquisition budget to optimize spend.
- Partner cross-functionally to develop and implement a robust talent management framework; workforce plans, succession plans, performance management, leadership development, etc.
- Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system through configuration, reporting, data analytics, and insights to enhance decision-making.
- Recruit for hard to fill roles, key positions, and other requisitions as necessary to ensure roles are filled timely with top talent.
- Develop and implement new and creative ways to source, screen, and onboard the best candidates for our organization.
- Design and maintain key performance indicator analytics and related metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; masters degree, preferred.
- 10+ years of related HR and talent acquisition experience, 5+ years of experience managing teams, and healthcare recruiting experience.
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification, preferred.
- Strong business acumen including a data-driven mindset and thorough understanding of key business drivers and their measurements.
- This is a remote position but you must be located in Oregon or Washington state and able to go onsite occasionally with advanced notice for business purposes.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Macs, MS Office, applicant tracking systems (ATSs) and HR databases, Jobvite and Kronos/UKG preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may often require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
- Prolonged periods of standing/sitting and working at a computer.

- Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 dependent on experience
