We are currently looking for a Director of Project Management to join our growing team!

We fabricate and install custom signs made with perfection to meet our client’s needs. You can see our work throughout the Houston Area and progressively moving throughout the United States. The Person:


The right person for this role will have a strong combination of technical skills, leadership skills, and personal qualities that enable them to effectively manage a team and ensure the successful delivery of projects. This person will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects. They will lead a team of project managers, coordinators, and permit specialists to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.


A few qualifications this integral person must possess are:


  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • The ability to build and maintain a strong, cohesive team by fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and providing constructive feedback
  • Proven experience managing and leading teams to successful project delivery
  • At least five (5) years of experience in project management, preferably in the sign or construction industry
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on the needs of the team and organization
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, delegate tasks effectively, and communicate clearly
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of projects are executed to the highest standards
  • Preferably a degree in accounting, finance, or business
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills


Primary duties and responsibilities (will train):


  • Plan and manage the schedule for a team of installers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete installations on time and within budget
  • Manage and lead a team of project managers, coordinators, and permit specialists to ensure successful execution of all projects
  • Develop and maintain project management and permitting processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to sign manufacturing and permitting
  • Review project plans and timelines to identify and address potential issues before they become problems
  • Meet regularly with the project management and permitting teams to review progress, provide feedback, and ensure that projects are on track
