Director Of Project Management

The Director of Project Management - Power Deliver Major Projects directs and oversees the Major Project Group’s portfolio of projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer. The Director of Project Management will define the Major Project Group’s project management methodology and establishes processes for tracking and delivering engineer, procure and construct (EPC) and large construction projects. Establishes project teams and distributes the project workload. Serves as a liaison between project teams, external clients, or other functional areas of the organization. Sets and manages project expectations. Ensures projects are estimated/transitioned accurately, completed on time and within established quality and safety standards and provides reports to clients or project sponsors.

Education & Minimum Requirements:

• Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Project, Outlook, Primavera P6, and project management software.
• Specific experience with EPC, Design-Build and/or Large Construction Projects in the T&D industry is required.
• PMP or P.E. is highly recommended.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 or more years of experience.
