Director Of Sales, International

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and lead International Strategy in conjunction with the EVP of Sales
• Lead all pricing strategies and regional exchange rates and impact on overall business
• Seek new business partners for brand distribution and negotiate contracts
• Full responsibility for innovation and assortment planning with retailers including Global launch support and execution with an OMNI focus
• Owns client forms for new item set up and regulatory needs
• Manage all International markets and retail partners outside of North America
• Ability to manage customer P&L’s
• Strong relationships with cross functional partners to ensure a 360 approach to task completion and business growth
• Responsible for delivering/exceeding annual sales and trade budgets
• Daily/Weekly management of sales reports, order tracking, data entry, data analysis, and other sales support functions that may arise with the assistance from broader team support.
• Attend weekly and monthly internal meetings; assist with agenda and follow up support.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should have 10 - 15 years of sales experience with International retail partners. The preferred individual will have experience building brands from the ground up and is willing to own all aspects of managing the business from on-boarding new partners to developing current partner relationships.

Individuals should also have depth in cross functional partnerships internally and externally. Additionally, they should possess a broad understanding of the the international markets, regulatory requirements, retailer needs, strong business growth and capabilities to develop overall market and plans needed to achieve goals

College Degree required.

Must be outgoing, organized, efficient, detail oriented, a team player and have a passion for beauty.

Proficiency in various computer software packages: G-Suite, Microsoft Word for Windows, PowerPoint,Excel, and MAC OSX. Experience with Shopify is a plus.
