Activities Director Jobs

An Activities Director is need for our new and exciting facility in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Pay Range: $42,848.00 to $59,987.20

The primary function of this position is to develop and implement an activity program in compliance with requirements to meet residents’ needs.

Job description

• Other duties as assigned
• Participate in urging restorative and rehabilitative programs
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality
• Accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner
• Supervisor of activities
• Plan, schedule and implement indoor and outdoor activity programs
• Assess and complete sections of (MDS) completely, timely and accurately
• Care planning of concerns related to a resident’s activity
• Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary team and attend all resident care conferences.
• Plan, schedule and implement a program for activities
• Take part in in-service education programs and attend all in-service session relation to activity program
• Supervise barber and beauty parlor activities
• Plan and implement evening and weekend functions as necessary
• Follow all facility policies and procedures
