Sr. Director Of Business Operations (Remote)

Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Sr. Director of Business Operations to join our remote team. The Sr. Director of Business Operations will work alongside the COO, helping to drive org-wide operational projects from strategy to execution. Responsibilities

• Support the creation and tracking of KPIs, operational standards, and other goals
• Bring passion into creating a world-class operation constantly striving to uncover the best ways to improve
• Facilitate continuous process improvement by inspecting process quality and identifying and coordinating opportunities for business process improvement
• Adhere to company policies and standards, ensuring that general law, compliance, and regulations are being followed
• Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide projects and process improvements with the goal of increasing effectiveness and efficiency
• Use data and dashboards to make informed business intelligence decisions
• Direct and support the consistent implementation of business initiatives
• Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of reports and data analyses
• Partner closely with COO and executive leadership to set strategic objectives, develop frameworks and processes, and build comprehensive long-term operational strategies

Qualifications

• Superior organizational skills and systematic-minded approach
• Highly motivated, team building and leadership skills
• 10+ years of related professional experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
• Foundational experience working in management consulting is a plus
• Demonstrates a high level of leadership, strategic and creative thinking, and problem-solving in an operations role
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM is a plus
• Masterful corporate presentation and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of analytics tools to make informed business decisions
• Extensive knowledge and success in operations roles providing services in B2B corporate environments
• Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology
• Experience using data and metrics to improve performance

Salary range $170,000 to $190,000 DOE; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A range of benefits may include bonus, equity, healthcare benefits, paid time off may be provided as part of the compensation package.
