Job Description

Morgan King Engineering are currently partnered with a Global Wet Blasting Organisation in the UK who are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to commence their expansion in the U.S.

About this position


This is an exciting role, whereby you will report directly into the Sales and Marketing Director in the UK, You will be responsible for managing the pipeline and sales across Strategic Account. You will have responsibility for driving market demand and sales cycle.


Responsibilities -

  • Diligently progress all live projects in collaboration with the Business Development Coordinators;
  • Quickly build rapport and relationships with prospects, colleagues and customers;
  • General Administration duties for as and when required.
  • Achieve the required cadence and level of activity, as set by the Head of Sales and Marketing;
  • Adhere to company administration systems and policies;
  • Proactively seek out ways to improve knowledge and sales skills;
  • Guide Buyers to make the best choices that match their needs with the company standard offerings;
  • Undertake specific projects/activities as requested by the Head of Sales and Marketing;
  • Negotiate with confidence and detail to secure win-win contracts;
  • Accurately maintain and update the sales pipeline within our CRM;
  • Assist the handover process of new orders to the operations team as and when required;
  • Leave no stone unturned and apply detail to the final specification stage;
  • Be comfortable working across all levels of hierarchy over multiple cultures and time zones;
  • Professionally secure new orders from new prospects all over the world;
  • Feedback to marketing on sales toolkits and provide constructive suggestion for improvements;

  • Strong ability to focus on commercial outcomes that align with the interests of our clients. Strong knowledge of current and emerging sales tools, methodologies and go-to-market (GTM) models including social media. Leading and credible social media profile.
