Descriptive Summary
Accord BioPharma is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Director of Hub Services. This position plays a crucial role in the effective management and coordination of our pharmaceutical hub services, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional customer service, and adherence to industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hub management within the pharmaceutical industry and a deep understanding of patient support programs.

Leadership and Strategy:
·Develop and execute the overall strategic vision for the Hub Services department, aligned with Accord BioPharma's business objectives.
·Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of hub services professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and alignment of hub services with other departments, such as marketing, sales, medical affairs, and compliance.
Hub Operations Management:
·Oversee all aspects of hub services operations, including patient support programs, reimbursement support, specialty pharmacy operations, and patient assistance programs.
·Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and best practices in hub services operations.
·Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall customer satisfaction.
·Continuously evaluate and enhance existing processes and workflows to improve service quality and streamline operations.
Patient Support Program Management:
·Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop, implement, and manage patient support programs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
·Monitor program performance, evaluate data, and identify opportunities for program improvement and optimization.
·Stay updated on industry trends, patient access programs, and changes in regulations that may impact patient support services, and proactively make recommendations to adapt strategies accordingly.
Relationship Management:
·Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, advocacy groups, payers, and patients, to enhance collaboration and ensure a positive experience for all parties.
·Collaborate with market access and commercial teams to understand market dynamics, patient needs, and emerging trends, and incorporate insights into hub services strategies.
·Represent Accord BioPharma in external meetings, conferences, and industry forums related to hub services and patient support programs.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
·Ensure hub services operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as HIPAA, FDA regulations, and the PhRMA Code.
·Develop and maintain robust quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and compliant delivery of services.
·Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions to address any identified gaps or non-compliance issues.

Core Competencies
·Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Business, or Life Sciences). Advanced degree preferred.
·Proven experience (at least 7-10 years) in hub management, patient support programs, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
·Deep understanding of hub services operations, patient access programs, reimbursement support, and specialty pharmacy operations.
·Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, including HIPAA, FDA regulations, and the PhRMA Code.
·Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
·Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive operational excellence and make informed decisions.
·Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
