· Work with regulatory and testing organizations to ensure product complies with relevant regulations & licensor requirements

· Track and manage a large SKU assortment & stay on top of multiple projects running concurrently

Must have 2+ years of experience in consumer goods or relevant development and production experience

· Must be NYC based

· Able to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment (Multi-tasking & organization are a MUST)

· Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships

Designing of a successful QA system for a global supply chain that includes management and oversight of 3rd Party Logistics providers

Solid knowledge of product testing and global product RSL and safety requirements

Past success in a senior level management position with proven ability to provide direction to management level employees.

Manage execution of corrective action systems that can be used internally and externally (NE as well as supply chain partners)

Leverage and build 3rd party capabilities to support newly expanded geographic markets

Work closely with co-branding partners to ensures customer specific requirements are executed and communicated to appropriate parties within designated time frames

10+ years of experience leading full-funnel marketing for a leading consumer brand with a strong e-commerce presence

Salary: $140,000-$150,000 depending on experience.

Create, develop, and execute different strategies to help grow the brand

Define consumer segmentation and content strategies in campaigns to maximize ROI

Manage all International markets and retail partners outside of North America

Ability to manage customer P&L’s

Responsible for delivering/exceeding annual sales and trade budgets

Lead all pricing strategies and regional exchange rates and impact on overall business

Full responsibility for innovation and assortment planning with retailers including Global launch support and execution with an OMNI focus

Owns client forms for new item set up and regulatory needs

Extremely well-organized with instinctive management and leadership abilities.

Exceptional communicator who feels at ease interacting with staff and management at all levels.

Solid IT abilities and prior knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Must have prior experience in the Moving sector.

Strong operational and commercial business knowledge preferred.
