Job Purpose
As the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our communications strategy. Collaborating with our President and COO, you will ensure that our message remains consistent and engaging across all platforms, from published newsletters to social media, video production, and more. As a valued member of our executive team, you will actively participate in strategic planning and budgeting initiatives while supporting each functional area with effective communication for their strategic endeavors.

Compensation And Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between $120,000 and $135,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Duties And Responsibilities
Develop the annual marketing and communications plan in collaboration with the executive team.
Cultivate a creative atmosphere to effectively communicate our message across multiple platforms.
Lead the creation of compelling content through various media channels, increasing awareness of our mission and inspiring support.
Oversee production processes and vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Manage a talented team of marketing and communications professionals, fostering their growth and development.
Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
An accomplished marketing and communications director with a minimum of 15 years of senior experience.
A strong alignment with our Faith Statement and the ability to incorporate our ministry's principles into messaging.
A university degree in marketing, communications, business, or journalism.
Previous corporate marketing and communications experience is a plus.
Non-profit donor communications experience is highly valued.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a collaborative spirit.
Working Conditions
