Position: Full-Time Customer Service Specialist

Your Role
Nurture and enhance customer relationships through daily interactions
Utilize consultative sales techniques to tailor Ferrellgas programs and services to customer requirements
Ensure accurate and efficient management of customer accounts
Skillfully handle customer concerns following our complaint resolution policy
Contribute to soft collections for credit-hold or past-due accounts
Be part of a team that fosters growth and excellence
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience
Exceptional customer service and negotiation abilities
Strong organizational skills with proficiency in typing and data entry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing teamwork and rapport-building
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Access
Authorized to work in the United States (Citizen, National, Lawful Permanent Resident, or authorized work status)
