Position Summary
You will collaborate with a group of dedicated professionals to create an impactful curriculum consisting of eLearning modules, webinars, and various training materials. Ideal candidates will possess experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in insurance, provider services, IT, operations, or administration. In this role, you will engage with subject matter experts and fellow team members to develop and deliver training projects. Our training team adheres to established project standards and styles, ensuring the highest quality of content through self-checks, peer reviews, and functional testing of training methods.
Your Contribution To Our Mission
Utilize your exceptional public presentation and communication skills to effectively relay critical information to both internal and external stakeholders.
Leverage your industry knowledge to create engaging learning activities and course content using various authoring tools.
Collaborate passionately with team members to find creative and effective ways to educate diverse audiences on technical and healthcare-related topics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
Prior experience in a learning development/training environment, with strong spelling, proofreading, and editing skills.
Proficiency in applying visually appealing elements to eLearning content.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks within project timelines.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and instructional design authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).
Expectations In This Role
Conduct research on various course topics to ensure accurate and learner-focused content.
Periodically perform course evaluations, analyze feedback, and incorporate recommendations to enhance course content and program effectiveness.
Develop and fact-check content using your own knowledge and relevant source materials.
Create interactive, learner-centered eLearning modules.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is competitive, ranging from $51,700.00 to $73,800.00 per year, with variations based on geographic region, internal equity, knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
